When Obamas new 42mpg rule hits will motor homes disappear?

I expect that when all vehicles have to conform to the 42 mpg rule that our children will never own a RV. Motor homes and travel trailers will only be seen on the history channel.
I imagine it will be like the videos of India where 80% are on 3 wheeled bicycles and women are walking around with their food supply balanced on their heads.

Actually, he would like for it to be 35.5 mpg by 2016. And I am sure by then, they will surely give motor homes more miles. Because think about it. HOW MANY PEOPLE have those things? They wont go out of business, tell you that much.

If we can make robot airplanes, we can make fuel efficient motor homes.
