@OffSetImaging You’d have to talk to the film-makers, but essentially framing was managed using the on-demand gridlines available in the 5DII. Apparently they also used some onsite aids (lengths of string for measurement and such) for setups and blocking.

may i ask — how did you set it all up? I have the equipment: canon 7D, 24-70mm 2.8. Did you have any alignments on the camera or anything to guide your shot? Are the shots scaled up in post? Thank you!
